Safari
Park Hotel
The history of the Safari Park
Hotel - often described as the Eden of Africa - dates back to the independence
of Kenya. The buildings, then occupied by the British Air forces, were
converted into the hotel, set in a splendid park conceived by internationally
famous landscapers. In 1976 the Paradise Group acquired the hotel, set
about a major restoration, and added new buildings. After considerable
work, the gala inaugural evening took place in November 1992
